Join us in the quest for aliens!
We are the world’s first non-profit organisation dedicated to detecting extraterrestrial networks in space.
Think interstellar internet. Think alien WiFi.
While traditional projects like SETI scan the stars for radio waves or laser pulses, we ask a different question:
What if alien civilisations are already online?
If so, How do we connect?
Maybe first contact won’t be a message…
Maybe it’ll be a login screen.
The Alien Signal Project (ASP) explores the next frontier—
The search for digital, structured, wireless signals in space.
If advanced life exists, wouldn’t they use more than just radio waves or blinking beacons?
Wouldn’t they be exchanging data? Broadcasting networks?
We're searching for:
-
Alien network protocols
-
WiFi analogues
-
Encoded transmissions
-
Signs of a galactic internet
In short: the infrastructure of intelligence.
Searching the sky not just for a signal… But for a connection.
Instead of scientists, we bring together network engineers, IT specialists, tech experts and coders. This unique perspective may bring us closer to First Contact than ever before.
It’s bold. It’s weird. It might just change everything.
Join the movement. Support the search.
Let’s plug into the cosmos.

We’re not just asking “Are we alone?”
We’re asking, “Is anyone... online?”
Welcome to the Alien Signal Project
Searching for Internet in Space
About The Alien Signal Project
For decades, we’ve searched the skies for hello—a message, a ping, a beacon.
But in our own civilisation, that’s no longer how we communicate. We don’t shout across the void. We connect.
So what if advanced civilisations out there are doing the same—exchanging information through digital infrastructure, wireless systems, and network protocols? First contact might be a login screen
The Alien Signal Project (ASP) is the first nonprofit dedicated to detecting evidence of extraterrestrial networking—digital signals that might indicate the presence of a galactic internet, alien infrastructure or communication systems.
We approach this bold search in a structured way:
1. We Collect
We gather and analyze signal data—radio telescope feeds, satellite scans, and open-source space transmissions—searching for anomalies that resemble digital communication, not just analog waves.
2. We Decode
We develop and test software to detect signs of networking:
-
Modulated patterns
-
Structured data bursts
-
Packets
-
Possible artificial protocols
This isn’t about hearing voices. It’s about recognising patterns that behave like systems.
3. We Connect
We’re building a global community of network engineers, coders, scientists, hackers, researchers, students, and space lovers. Anyone with curiosity and a computer can participate.
We believe the future of this search is open-source, cross-disciplinary, and decentralised.
Who & Why?
Our digital world runs on invisible infrastructure—networks, signals, WiFi, data streams.
If intelligent life evolved elsewhere, why wouldn’t theirs?
While others are listening for words, we’re listening for function.
Not what they're saying. But how they’re saying it.
We're a small group of people—fascinated by the cosmos, obsessed with the possibility of contact, and tired of waiting for radio signals as predicted in 80's movies.
We created the Alien Signal Project to bring together the kinds of people who could help answer them.
And maybe, together, we’ll find something no one expected.
